In light of the developing COVID-19 pandemic, our studio wanted to share some small updates on how we’re moving forward. We are all a part of a global community and any small action we can take helps, so we’re following CDC guidelines and encourage our customers to do the same.
For now, the Hannah Blount Jewelry studio spaced is closed, but we are now working remotely. This change will affect order turnaround time: please anticipate an additional time for handmade-to-order and one-of-a-kind pieces. We will now be shipping online orders as soon as we can through our new Safe Shipping option: utilizing USPS Priority Mail, orders will be shipped to customers from Hannah's home. Each piece will be cleaned additionally prior to shipping. We will reach out to your directly with order and shipping updates upon purchase.
We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause; please know that despite this temporary change at the studio, the HBJ team is committed to getting you the HBJ pieces you order in a timely manner. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns: you can contact HBJ at email@example.com.
We hope you’re staying safe and healthy. Thank you so much for supporting Hannah Blount Jewelry and other small businesses during these difficult times—we wouldn’t be able to continue making the jewelry you love without your patronage.
