Returns and Repairs FAQ
If you don't absolutely love your purchase, we're happy to exchange your jewelry or issue store credit. Applicable for purchases within 10 days of receipt. The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that shipping will be deducted from the store credit. Store credits do not expire. Custom and bespoke orders, as well as one-of-a-kind rings that have been resized for your purchase, are not available for return or exchange.

Please note that when returning items, keep them in the original packaging (secured within a box) and use a courier with insurance and tracking (such as UPS or FedEx). Hannah Blount Jewelry is not liable for items lost in the mail.
For online and in-studio purchases made from November 19th to December 25th, the HBJ studio is happy to extend the return policy until January 20th (if shipping your return, returns must reach the studio by 1/20). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization, and you'll receive further instructions.
Hannah Blount Jewelry pieces from the Purchase with Purpose collection can be exchanged for size or metal of the same piece, but cannot be exchanged for a different piece. Purchase with Purpose collection pieces donate 30% of proceeds to their respective cause and donations are sent upon order confirmations.
The studio is able to offer repairs on HBJ pieces on a case-by-case basis. Repairs are available for free OR at cost (labor + materials), depending on the nature of the repair. Should the piece need more extreme TLC-- for example: if you run over your piece with your car (this has actually happened), there is only so much we can do repair-wise.
Please contact the studio for a repair authorization and include an image of your damaged piece.
The HBJ studio can usually replace a made-to-order earring if one is lost in a set, but will need the single left behind in order to match it. The cost will be 50% of the current price of the earrings, plus shipping. Please email the studio for more details.
As of January 2018, Hannah Blount Jewelry no longer creates plated pieces and cannot replace or repair vermeil.
Not all Hannah Blount Jewelry rings can be resized. Please contact the studio directly about your sizing inquiry. For those that can be sized, the first sizing is free. However, sizing is not an exact science: if your ring needs to be adjusted after the first sizing, there will be a base fee to cover labor and materials, plus shipping. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. One-of-a-kind rings that have been resized for your purchase are not available for return or exchange. The HBJ studio offers ring sizers! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get a perfect fit for yourself or your intended. Please add a note at checkout if you’re looking to confirm ring size, and the studio will include a sizer with your order for free*.
