Returns and Repairs
If you don't absolutely love your purchase, we're happy to exchange your jewelry or issue store credit. Applicable for purchases within 20 days of receipt. The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that shipping will not be included in the credit, and custom and bespoke orders are not returnable. Store credits do not expire. Please email email@example.com for a return authorization, and you'll receive further instructions.
Please note that when returning items, keep them in the original packaging and use a courier with insurance and tracking (such as UPS or FedEx). Hannah Blount Jewelry is not liable for items lost in the mail.
For online and in-studio purchases made from Novemeber 21st to December 25th, the HBJ studio is happy to extend the return policy until January 20th (if shipping your return, returns must reach the studio by 1/20). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization, and you'll receive further instructions.
The Hannah Blount Jewelry studio will repair HBJ pieces, regardless of when it was purchased. Please contact the studio at for a repair authorization. Please note: all anodized pieces are limited edition and can only be repaired as long as they are in stock.
We can replace an earring if one is lost in a set, but will need the single left behind in order to match it. The cost will be 60% of the current price of the earrings, plus shipping.
We are happy to re-plate for $20 *per piece* plus shipping.
Ring Sizing: Not all Hannah Blount Jewelry rings can be resized. Please contact the studio directly about your sizing inquiry. For those that can be sized, there will be a small sizing fee, plus shipping, for this service and materials. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. Email email@example.com for more information.
