Can I pick up my online order at the studio?

Yes, once the studio receives your order we will reach out to coordinate your visit. Please include a note in your online order and we will refund your shipping cost when you come by.

What’re your studio hours?

At this time the studio is available by appointment only, to accommodate our team’s changing schedules and commitments. Please email studio@hannahblount.com to schedule a visit.

Can I utilize images from your website?

We ask that you do not use any images from the website without express permission from the studio. Please contact studio@hannahblount.com for your photography inquiry.

How is my order shipped?


The studio utilizes UPS or FedEx to ship orders.
UPS Ground: $8
UPS 2nd Day Air: $24
UPS Next Day Air: $40
FedEx International Priority: $50


PLEASE NOTE: If you have selected UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, any made-to-order pieces still need to be made. Please contact the studio prior to your purchase for availability on rush orders.
Orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air and/or Next Day Air are insured, free of charge. Orders shipped via UPS Ground are uninsured. The HBJ studio is not liable for uninsured orders lost during transit. Please contact the studio with any questions or concerns on your shipping information.


The HBJ studio does NOT accept PO boxes as addresses, or ship through the USPS.

Can you gift-wrap my order?

The studio certainly gift wrap your order. Please make a note of this request during checkout. We can also include a hand-written note in your words.

Do you create custom pieces?

Can I request an alteration to any of your designs?

What’s the difference between a custom and bespoke order?

Our bespoke options are studio-approved alterations to existing HBJ designs, whilst custom orders are designed from the ground up. This requires much more communication time, as well as trial and error, than a bespoke alteration.

I lost one earring but still have the other. Can I have it replaced?

Absolutely. We will, however, need the one left behind in order to match it. Contact our studio for return instructions. The cost will be half of the original cost of the earrings, plus shipping.
