Shipping straight to someone special? We never include receipts or pricing, and the box is labeled “Vesper,” so unless they know our alias, it stays a surprise until it’s opened.

Each product page lists a shipping timeline. Pieces marked “Ships in 1–3 business days” are in stock and ready to go, including One of a Kind and Limited Edition pieces.
For the holidays, we’ve stocked up on Handmade to Order pieces, so many also ship in 1–3 business days. They sell out fast, so order early. For longer timelines, see below or contact the studio about expediting.
For the best chance of receiving your order by Christmas, here are our recommendations:
- In-Stock pieces:
Order by December 17 for USPS Priority Mail, December 18 for FedEx 2-Day, or December 21 for FedEx Overnight. - Pieces marked "Ships in 1–3 weeks":
Please place your order by November 30. Orders placed after this date will most likely arrive in January. - Pieces with shipping timelines longer than 3 weeks:
These are unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas.
Please keep in mind that these are recommended order-by dates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We'll get your piece out the door within the shipping timelines listed on our website, but once a package is with the carrier, delivery is out of our hands. USPS and FedEx often see holiday delays, so please order early!
Because customs processing and local delivery times can vary considerably, we don't have specific international holiday shipping deadlines. We ship international orders as quickly as possible via DHL.
If you're shopping from outside the US, we recommend ordering as early possible.

Absolutely! To make early holiday shopping easy, we’ve extended our exchange window. Purchases made November 3 through December 25, 2026 can be exchanged through January 8, 2027, as long as the piece is unworn and in like-new condition. To start an exchange, log into your HBJ account and follow the steps in your profile, or contact the studio.

- Sized rings and custom orders are final sale.
- Gifting a One of a Kind ring? We’re happy to size it after it’s gifted, so your recipient can still exchange it.
- Need a different size for a Handmade to Order ring? Reach out and we’ll swap it for a new size.
Holiday Studio Hours
Our studio will be closed from December 24 through January 3 so our team can enjoy some well-deserved holiday time.
You can still shop online while we're away! We'll be back in the studio on Monday, January 4 and ready to ship any orders received during our break.
