The next iteration of diamond cutting after Old Mine Cuts, Old European Cut Diamonds were introduced in the late 19th to early 20th century. Old European Cut Diamonds are rounder in shape, due to the advancement in stone-cutting technology, and appear to possess more multi-colored flashes within their facets.
