Hannah's first introduction to cameos came through her great-aunt Ruth, whose cameo ring she admired from an early age. She was captivated by the romantic portrayal of women in these hand-carved portraits. Inheriting the ring upon her aunt's passing, it now holds a place of honor on her keepsake wall- a constant reminder of Ruth's fabulous, fiercely independent spirit.

That treasured heirloom became the inspiration for the Cameo collection: a modern interpretation of this enduring craft, and a celebration of the female form.

Hannah continues the historic tradition, stretching over thousands of years, of capturing the female form with her Grey Lady rings. 

Named for the fog that rolls off the ocean and settles over her hometown of Nantucket, the Grey Lady transforms the island into a place of quiet stillness, as though the world has paused to hold its breath.
