Lush vortexes of Peruvian amazonite are flush with maelstroms of balmy blues and greens, and subtle inclusions, that create a glossy finish in these Cameo earrings. The handmade, one-of-a-kind pair features two silver Ladies that appear to float above the whirlpools of amazonite.

Amazonite is a type of feldspar born of water and lore. Also known as the “Amazon stone,” amazonite comes in balmy shades of blue and green that evoke the natural beauty of water in all its forms from saltwater to mossy streams. Beloved since ancient Egypt yet rarely utilized in contemporary times, amazonite’s natural refinement makes it an HBJ favorite.

Care: To keep your amazonite clean, use warm water with mild soap and a soft toothbrush or cloth. Do not use a steam cleaner or ultrasonic cleaner. Avoid exposing your amazonite to chemicals.

Like Ocean Glass washed up from the ocean with barnacles attached from their underwater journey, these Ruthie B earrings have an organic edge with a touch of lady like flourish in the gold ear hooks and barnacles. Oh my gosh...Hannah's art work of the Seaborn Nautilus is absolutely beautiful. I picked this Scrimshaw because the Nautilus is ancient and mysterious in it's alien underworld beauty. I treasure this special piece dearly as it is a little work of art on my neck.
