I think I can trail my new found love of glass back to my visit to the Phipps in Pittsburgh. The Conservatory and Botanical Gardens teamed up with Dale Chihuly to make an exhibition where glass and nature are nearly interchangeable and equally as beautiful. I was reminiscing the amazing sculptures and intense orchids, and thought I just must share them! It was like being in a wonderland of... incredibly tactile, sensual, and visually exciting scenery. Walking through it only enhanced the experience- I felt like I was walking through the Jungle, or exactly how I always dreamed it would look like as a child. Here are some images of this experience.
