Is PayPal safe?

PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant (me).

Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

No, you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. After adding a product to your cart, click "Proceed to Checkout." On the next page, look under the section "Don't have a PayPal account" and click "Continue." From here, you will be required to enter your billing information.

I already have a PayPal account. How do I complete my transaction?

After adding items to your cart, click "Proceed to Checkout." On the next page you will be able to login to your PayPal account and complete the transaction.

What is Vermeil?

Vermeil is Sterling Silver that has been plated with a high karat Gold. It may eventually wear off, however, it is a much less expensive gold substitute (while still keeping it a precious metal). Vermeil is roughly $20- $30 more than the Sterling Silver price, and may take a longer to make.

Can I order custom jewelry?

Just "Contact" me (see above), and let me know what you are interested in. I may or may not be able to accommodate, but I will get back to you as quickly as possible!

I do offer Vermeil (a high karat gold plate over sterling silver), which is usually a $30-$50 additional charge, depending on the item. However, the wait for this is 4-6 weeks as it needs to be plated elsewhere.

I can also add 14k gold ear hooks to regular Sterling Silver earrings, for sensitive ears or a two-toned effect- there is an additional $50 charge for this.

What is your return policy?

An exchange or online store credit for Hannah Blount Jewelry will be offered for returned items. Please email within ten days of the shipping date for a return authorization: HannahBlount@gmail.com.

Shipping will not be included in the credit.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom pieces.

Do you offer repairs?

I offer free repairs on any of my own items. I will also cover the first re-plating of vermeil pieces.

I lost one earring but still have the other. Can I have it replaced?

Absolutely. It would be very helpful if you could send me the other half, as there is usually a left and a right to each pair of earrings, but a photo will do.
The cost would be one half of a full pair of earrings, plus shipping.
