Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. After adding a product to your cart, click "Proceed to Checkout." On the next page, look under the section "Don't have a PayPal account" and click "Continue." From here, you will be required to enter your billing information.
Can I order custom jewelry?
Just "Contact" me, and let me know what you are interested in. I may or may not be able to accommodate, but I will get back to you as quickly as possible!
I do offer Vermeil, which is usually a $30-$50 additional charge, depending on the item. However, the wait for this is 3-4 weeks as it needs to be sent off to be plated elsewhere.
I can also add 14k gold ear hooks to regular Sterling Silver earrings, for sensitive ears or a two-toned effect- there is an additional $50 charge for this.

What is Vermeil?
Vermeil is Sterling Silver that has been plated with a high karat Gold. It may eventually wear off, however, it is a much less expensive gold substitute (while still keeping it a precious metal). Vermeil is roughly $30- $50 more than the Sterling Silver price, and may take a longer to make.

What is your return policy?
An exchange or online store credit for Hannah Blount Jewelry will be offered for returned items. Please email within fourteen days of arrival for a return authorization: HannahBlount@gmail.com.

Do you offer repairs?
I offer free repairs on any of my own items. A $10 charge will be issued for re-plating of Vermeil, which can take three to four weeks.
I lost one earring but still have the other. Can I have it replaced?
Absolutely! It would be very helpful if you could send me the other half, as there is usually a left and a right to each pair of earrings, but a photo will do.

How do I clean my jewelry?
Sterling Silver
Sterling Silver will tarnish over time. To slow this process, wash occasionally with a mild soap. A soft toothbrush will help reach tighter areas. If the tarnish continues, do not use a polishing cloth. This will polish away the matte finish. Instead, try a dip tarnish remover or silver cleaner.
Vermeil
Vermeil is solid Sterling Silver that has been plated with a high karat Gold. Layered over that is a protective lacquer coating, which greatly slows the tarnishing process. This lacquer, however, is more vulnerable to chemicals. If it should begin to tarnish, gently wash the jewelry with a very mild soap. Use a soft cloth for drying, if necessary. Avoid tarnish remover or silver cleaner. Do not use a polishing cloth. If the gold should begin to wear off, please contact me regarding the re-plating process.
Oxidized
Oxidation is a patina that blackens the Sterling Silver. It is a surface treatment, and thus it is more susceptible to wear. Keep it away from all liquids and chemicals. While it is not being worn, place the item in a separate container. If an item needs a new oxidized coating, please contact me.
